Eric Baylor

Production Manager 

• Eric started with SERVPRO in May of 2021.
• Trained and certified through SERVPRO in Fire, Water, Carpet & Upholstery.
• Certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration.
• IICRC certified for Applied Structural Drying. (ASD)
• Has completed OSHA 30 training.

Joe Doran

Commercial Sales and Marketing 

• Joe started with SERVPRO in October 2021.
• He's a graduate of Wilkes University.
• Focuses on Commercial Sales for our Hazleton, Dallas and Harvey's Lake Franchise. 
• 20 years of sales experience.  

Chelsea Broody

Commercial Sales and Marketing 

• Chelsea started with SERVPRO in October 2016.
• She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University Wilkes-Barre Campus in 2016.
• Majored with a B.A. Corporate Communications and minor in Business Administration.
• Focuses on Commercial Sales for our Kingston, Pittston City and Wyoming County Franchise. 
• 5 years of marketing and commercial sales experience. 

Kristin Wallace

Office Manager 

• Kristin started with SERVPRO in June of 2019.
• Has a Paralegal and Business Degree background.
• Multiple years of experience in Administrative Office atmosphere.
• Co-Owned a business with her husband for 16 years.

• Promoted to Crew Chief Summer of 2017.
• Trained and certified through SERVPRO in Fire, Water, Carpet & Upholstery.
