Before and after of a carpet restoration project. Damaged carpets need to be dried, cleaned and deodorized as part of restoration process.

This is a before and after photo of a commercial grade glue down carpet that was damaged from a busted sprinkler head in a manufacturing facility in Scranton. The water damaged several of the offices. SERVPRO was called to mitigate the damage. Once the affected area is dried the process of restoring the structure begins. This is an excellent picture of how badly the carpet was damaged but with the correct drying technique specialized equipment the commercial grade carpeting was able to be saved.
